Current Projects
Current work in my lab focuses on the development, implementation, and analysis of novel MRI acquisition, reconstruction, and visualization strategies that dramatically shorten and simplify MR exams by providing broad coverage similar to computed tomography with isotropic resolution. A major goal of these techniques is to develop rapid 3D time-resolved MR imaging and T2-weighted imaging that can be verified and translated into clinical practice. A secondary goal is implementing these techniques for real-time interventional imaging. Applications exist in contrast-enhanced angiography, non-contrast-enhanced angiography, musculoskeletal imaging, abdominal imaging, cardiac imaging, and neurological studies.
