Synthra RNplus Nucleophilic F-18 Synthesizer

A flexible and completely automated radiosynthesis system for routine production of wide variety of [F-18]-labeled compounds by nucleophilic substitution reactions. This synthesis box features the following: 15 small (1-3 mL) and large (10-15 mL) volume glass reagent vials with dead-volume-free connections, 2 closed reaction vessels with integrated cooling and heating zones (0-250°C), three with cooling capabilities (-180°C to 300°C), built-in preparative radio/UV-HPLC system (40 mL max flow), automatic pneumatic injection valve with 1 to 2 mL sample loop, 5 shielded radiation detectors for in-process monitoring, [O-18] water recovery capability, chemically inert valves with small dead volume (35 μL), chemically inert vacuum pump with liquid cooling trap (LN or acetone-dry ice), automated cleaning, electronic control and data collection system, and simple user-defined radiosynthesis SOPs.

High Performance Liquid Chromatograph

HPLC Dionex UltiMate 3000 with flow-through variable wavelength UV-Vis detector and radioactivity detector (scintillation detector system with 1 cm3 CsI(Tl) crystal, Si PIN photo-diode, and preamp).

Gas Chromatograph

GC Agilent 6850 with flame ionization detector (FID), autoinjector and Chemstation PC bundle.
