Dr. Charles Mistretta Receives ICRU Gray Medal
Dr. Charles Mistretta has been selected to receive the 18th Gray Medal by the International Commission on Radiation Units & Measurements (ICRU). The Gray Medal is awarded for outstanding contributions to the fields of Radiation Oncology or Medical Imaging. Dr. Mistretta is being honored for his work on developing digital subtraction angiography (DSA).
The medal will be presented to Dr. Mistretta at the 59th annual AAPM conference on July 31, 2017 in Denver, Colorado.
