Weibo Cai Invited to Serve as Co-Editor-in-Chief of Journal of Nanobiotechnology
Weibo Cai, Vilas Distinguished Achievement Professor and Director of the Molecular Imaging and Nanotechnology Laboratory (http://mi.wisc.edu/), was invited to serve as the Co-Editor-in-Chief of Journal of Nanobiotechnology (https://jnanobiotechnology.biomedcentral.com/).
The Journal of Nanobiotechnology has an Impact Factor of 5.294 and is published by BioMed Central Ltd, which is part of Springer Nature. It is an open access peer-reviewed journal communicating scientific and technological advances in the fields of medicine and biology, with an emphasis in their interface with nanoscale sciences.
Two former trainees of the Cai Research group were also appointed as Associate Editors of the journal, as recommended by Prof. Cai. One is Feng Chen, now a Senior Research Scientist at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, and the other is Liang Cheng, now an Associate Professor of Soochow University, China.
